Built upon the old flooded area of Vine City, Cook Park is a metaphor for moving towards the future. While being a spot for the local community to enjoy their outdoors activities, it also acts as a reservoir for storm water, preventing another incident.

The new mark is four pieces of threads intertwined together to create a weave. This alludes to the tightness of the Vine City community that can withstand through any obstacle.
